Hi! My girlfriend and I have decided to adopt a dog at the end of this summer, as we’ll be moving into a dog-friendly apartment complex, and will be finishing grad school in December. Luke is adorable, and seems to be the right size and age for us. From his description, he also seems to be well-behaved and amenable to training. I’m wondering if living in an apartment is a fundamental deal-breaker for adopting an Aussie, or if an Aussie would be happy with daily exercise and lots of attention, but without a yard to roam. Would apartment life just be too boring for this breed?
Andy,
When you are ready to adopt, fill out an application and once approved, we can work with you to find an appropriate dog. Some dogs will do fine in an apartment.
