Tulip was adopted 2/8/10!
Tulip is a gorgeous 8-month old shepherd mix who has never met a person—fuzzy or human—she doesn’t like. She is a total love bug, always ready for tons of petting and affection with big smiles and lots of waggling. Tulip is still all puppy and loves playing chase and fetch, especially in the snow. She is very curious and wants nothing more than to make friends with our kitties and Chihuahua, sniffing and kissing her foster-siblings. Tulip’s playful puppy ways sometimes make her forget that a friendly paw or curious snoot can be a bit intimidating for our little critters. But, when it comes to toddlers and young kids, Tulip is all love and patience. She didn’t mind the happy squeals and spastic flailing of our nieces and nephews at Christmastime and is always perfectly content to be petted and loved on, even if the kids’ affections come with some ear- or tail-pulling. Tulip will be a great addition to a family with kids or any person who has the time to devote to loving and playing with her every day, and she’ll be thrilled to have a fuzzy brother or sister who loves to snuggle and play as much as she does.
